Excellent Condition - Like new. When my husband gets sick, it's always worse than anyone else's and we frequently have to buy all sorts of medicines and remedies. This was one of those type purchases. My husband only used it for a week when he had a cold virus. As a side note, he was cured. Can't say if it was by the humidifier or if it just ran it's course, but since I'm trying to sell it, we'll say the humidifier cured him.😉
